How does the service work?

Our service automatically monitors NYC databases for new parking tickets on your registered license plate. When we detect a ticket, we immediately pay it using your saved payment method and send you an email confirmation with the receipt.

We charge a small service fee (5%) on top of the ticket amount, but this is typically much less than the late fees you'd pay if you forgot about the ticket.

What fees do you charge?

We charge a 5% service fee on top of the ticket amount. For example:

  • $65 ticket = $3.25 service fee (total: $68.25)
  • $115 ticket = $5.75 service fee (total: $120.75)

This is typically much less than the $25-30 late fees NYC charges if you miss the payment deadline. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant and trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

Your card information is stored securely by Stripe - we never store your full card details on our servers. All data is encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS.

How quickly are tickets paid?

We check for new tickets every hour and pay them immediately upon detection. This ensures you never incur late fees, which can add $25-30 to each ticket.

You'll receive an email confirmation within minutes of the payment being processed, including a receipt and ticket details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We'll stop monitoring your plate immediately.

Any pending tickets will still be paid to avoid late fees, but no new tickets will be processed after cancellation.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we'll immediately email you with instructions to update your payment method.

We'll retry the payment once your method is updated to avoid late fees. You can also log into your dashboard to update your payment information at any time.

What if I want to dispute a ticket?

We pay all valid tickets we detect. If you need to dispute a ticket (error, not your car, etc.), you'll need to handle that directly with NYC.

We can provide payment confirmations and receipts to support your dispute. If NYC rules in your favor, they'll issue a refund directly to us, which we'll then pass along to you.

Can I add multiple vehicles?

Currently, our service supports one vehicle per account. We're working on multi-vehicle support for families and businesses.

What types of tickets do you cover?

We cover all NYC parking violations, including:

  • Parking meter violations
  • No parking zone violations
  • Street cleaning violations
  • Fire hydrant violations
  • Bus stop violations
  • And all other NYC parking tickets

We do not cover moving violations (speeding, red lights, etc.) or tickets from other cities or states.

How long does setup take?

Setup takes less than 2 minutes. Simply:

  1. Enter your license plate number
  2. Add your payment method
  3. Confirm your details

That's it! We'll start monitoring for tickets immediately.
